It is what excites you, encourages you take the first step, and the first thing you will lose when you do not keep momentum if you ever get to begin.
Motivation is your driving force. Without it, you run the risk of becoming stagnant; stuck in a mindset that you want to change, but probably never will. Whether it is starting a company or going to the gym, doing something that you desire but for some reason, can’t get started or maintain is probably due to a lack of motivation.
On your next task, make a list of the things that you want to accomplish the most and use it as your incentive. Pick the one that is closest to your heart and maintain focus. Post it in a place where you will see it regularly enough that it remains in the forefront with what you are trying to accomplish. This could be in the form of a sticky note on your mirror, a picture on your desktop or the home screen on your computer. The key is to get started and keep the momentum.
“Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.” ~Swami Vivekananda
