This includes employee turnover, customer retention and an overall improvement of your business portfolio.

Your most reliable source in business development will always be your employees. It is important that they represent your company in a manner that is with enthusiasm and professionalism. It is your responsibility to make sure that they understand how their role affects the overall success of the company, and ensure that they have all of the information to effectively perform their tasks and manage their position.
